Long Term Challenge

Below are the details for TxDOT Austin District's second Keep Safety Simple (KSS) challenge. Good luck to everyone and stay vigilant.

The FY25 Long Term Challenge has officially been announced at the 9/17/2024 biweekly safety call!

Challenge Requirements

All requirements must be met as an individual and as a team.

Start Date: 9/1/2024 | End Date: 8/31/2025

During this fiscal year's long term challenge all Austin district employees/teams are eligible to an award if all challenge requirements are met throughout the year.

Requirements:

All requirements listed must be met throughout the challenge timeframe to be eligible to win an award.

No incidents or injuries; Mission Zero must be met

Award: A custom, laser engraved 20oz tumbler.

Drawing*: A free, hot and homemade breakfast cooked by Tucker, Mike and Lori!

*All sections who tie with mission zero will be placed in a drawing where a random section will be chosen as the challenge winner for the breakfast.
