Kickoff Challenge

Below are the details and participation photos of TxDOT Austin District's first Keep Safety Simple (KSS) challenge. This challenge officially kicked off our KSS campaign. Thank you to all of the offices and teams who participated this month. We love the all the excitement around the start of the campaign and especially the photos!

Challenge Requirements

Please complete the requirements as a group.

Start Date: 2/1/2024 | End Date: 2/29/2024

1. Obtain KSS Starter Pack, which contains posters, gate banners* and reflective stickers*.

2. Post all starter pack materials around your offices and on your TxDOT vehicles/equipment*.

3. In order to complete the challenge, you must take pictures of your employees participating in placing the posters around your office and submit the photos to Admin-AUS14@txdot.gov by the challenge end date to receive an award.

Suggested posters placement. Prominent, high-traffic areas, such as:

breakrooms
entrance/exit doors
bulletin boards
meeting rooms
